Please note that state domain lands = titled lands for the state + public lands + un-deeded land which was 85% of Beersheba. State domain lands become state-owned ONLY after the land comes under the
Land Settlement Law (a.k.a
farzz) and that only impacted 17% of the lands as of Nakba. The lands deeded to the state were under
1%, see

Pay attention to the note at the end of the page which Wikipedia's editors
ignored completely. Much to our surprise, David Ben-Gurion (the founding father of the "Jewish state") asserted similar data (concerning public and private lands) when he addressed the 19th Zionist Congress in Oct 1935 (see
Jewish Frontier, Oct. 1935 Edition, page
26-27):

Notice how Mr. Hadawi made it obvious that Jewish corporations bought the most fertile land (first grade), which explains why they were the most productive. On the other hand, Palestinians made poor quality lands productive. Remind who
bloomed the desert please:
